Help.

i was able to log in through the tv internet thing here at the hospital but now i can't seem to log out. How can i get itto log me out or can one of the blues log me out?

If you mean log out of Skyline, just X out or Exit out of your browser (Alt-F4 for Internet Explorer) and it will log you out automatically after 20 minutes or so of inactivity. One of the staff members should be able to tell you the exact amount of time till timeout.

Hi wench, as you're not logged onto the board I guess you've sorted your issues out, but the best way to log out is by using the "logout" option on Skylines main tool bar, as it logs you out immediately.

The only problem with using the log out feature Minky is if you are working with some type of interface that does not allow popups. If you cannot click OK on the popup box to log out, then you have to wait for the system to time you out.

Fatal, according to FAQ the auto logout time is 30 minutes.

My problem seems to be that as soon as i ome back it signs me in automatically

oh well, guuess nothing can be done.

I'm thinking you have checked off the button , on the log in page, to log u in automatically ?? not sure how that affects the log out tho

Yes, make sure you have the button "remember me" unchecked when you log in. Clear your cookies to set it back to nothing where it wont log you in automatically so you can un check this.

This happens me too wench, when i'm at work.. most sites (ive noticed) log you out kinda automatically when you close the browser... but here it doesnt, you've actually got to click "log out" before you close it...

Sometimes if i go and use a PC i havent used in a while, i'll be automatically logged on, the only way of that not happening (i think) is just to make sure you "Log out" every time on every computer...

If you're info is still saved on the PC you were using, i honestly think the only way of that being logged out is if you go and log yourself out on that PC...

I could be wrong, but it all just seems really similar to what happens me.

Thank you all for trying to help! The system there was really strange and it wasn't like a real browser. Couldn't clear cookies and such...but oh well.
